  FOR USE WITH 65W FLUORESCENT FIXTURES INCLUDING LIGHTS OF AMERICATM BRAND FIXTURES.


BULB REPLACEMENT:

1) Turn off electricity to unit.

2) Using gloves for safety, unscrew existing bulb carefully and remove.  Do not Squeeze bulb. Use safety precautions. Dispose of Safely. (Hold lamp at plastic base. Holding glass while unscrewing or screwing in bulb may crack bulb.)

3) Remove replacement bulb from package.

4) Carefully screwing bulb into light socket.  Do not over-tighten.

CAUTION:

1) This lamp is a replacement lamp only and does not have a ballast.

2) Not for use with direct current circuit.

4) Not for use with times, photocells, dimmers, and motion control devices.
