FOR USE WITH 50W HIGH PRESSURE SODIUM (HPS) FIXTURES INCLUDING LIGHTS OF AMERICA^TM BRAND FIXTURES.

BULB REPLACEMENT:

1) Turn off electricity to unit.

2) Using gloves for safety, unscrew existing bulb carefully and remove. Do not Squeeze bulb. Use safety precautions. Dispose of Safely. (Hold lamp at plastic base. Holding glass while unscrewing or screwing in bulb may crack bulb.)

3) Remove replacement bulb from package.

4) Carefully screw bulb into light socket. Do not over-tighten.

5) Turn on electricity.

CAUTION:

1) This lamp is a replacement lamp only and does not have a ballast.

2) Not for use with direct current circuit.

3) This lamp will fail if used in any fixture not designed for use with a HPS lamp with the specifications listed above.

4) Not for use with times, photocells, dimmers, and motion control devices.

GLASS IS BREAKABLE. WEAR GLOVES AND EYE PROTECTION WHEN HANDLING BULB.
