Product Description:

Lamp Designation: FDL-18LE

FOR USE WITH 18W FLUORESCENT FIXTURES INCLUDING LIGHTS OF AMERICATM BRAND FIXTURES.


BULB REPLACEMENT:

1) Turn off electricity to unit.

2) Using gloves for safety, unplug existing bulb carefully and remove.  Do not Squeeze bulb. Use safety precautions. Dispose of Safely. (Hold lamp at plastic base. Holding glass while unscrewing or screwing in bulb may crack bulb.)

3) Remove replacement bulb from package.

4) Carefully plug bulb into light socket.  Do not over-tighten.

5) Turn on electricity.

2) Not for use with direct current circuit.

3) This lamp will fail if used in any fixture not designed for use with a fluorescent lamp with the specifications listed above.

4) Not for use with times, photocells, dimmers, and motion control devices.
